Waffles

Not too sweet, these are the perfect Sunday morning waffles

Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 5 Tbsp water
  • 1 3/4 cups soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle griddle
  • Mix wet ingredients together, add dry ingredients, mix all together until just combined
  • For my griddle, pour approx. 90ml of batter into the center of each pan
  • Cook for 7 minutes, then remove and repeat
