Vegan Energy Balls

Sweet and simple, and easy to make your own!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Portion the dough to make balls approx. 1 inch in diameter
  • Enjoy!
