Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Let sit in fridge for 30 minutes
- Portion the dough to make balls approx. 1 inch in diameter
- Enjoy!
