Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare loaf pan by oiling, then flouring
  • Mash bananas, add liquid ingredients, mix
  • Add dry ingredients, mix until just combined
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
  • Bake for 1 hour or until done
