Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup corn meal
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups soy milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400F and grease a round pan
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add wet ingredients and stir until well combined
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake for 25 minutes or until done
