Vegan Pizza Mozzarella Recipe

Pizza Mozzarella

Cheezy, stretchy, salty, tangy, and browns like real mozzarella

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml soy milk
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 300 ml water
  • 90 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 5 Tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into blender and mix until combined
  • Pour into saucepan, and heat to thicken, stirring constantly
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and add to pizza
