Pizza Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 60 ml soy milk
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 300 ml water
- 90 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 5 Tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender and mix until combined
- Pour into saucepan, and heat to thicken, stirring constantly
- Once thickened, remove from heat and add to pizza
