Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare loaf pan by oiling, then flouring
- Mash bananas, add liquid ingredients, mix
- Add dry ingredients, mix until just combined
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour or until done
