Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups soy milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 400F and grease a round pan
  • Combine dry ingredients
  • Add wet ingredients and stir until well combined
  • Pour batter into prepared pan
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until done
