cornmeal
(plus extra to sprinkle)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F and lightly oil a pizza pan
Mix water, yeast, and sugar until it activates
Add olive oil and dry ingredients, then knead to a smooth dough (approx. 10 minutes)
Sprinkle work surface with cornmeal, and roll dough into a circle to fit your pan. Place on prepared pizza pan, crimp edges, and add your favourite toppings
Bake for 15 minutes or until done
