Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, then let rest for 30 minutes
Stretch and fold x4, then let rest for 30 minutes
Coil fold x4, then let rest for 30 minutes
Coil fold x4, then let rest in fridge overnight
Transfer to a well-oiled pan, then let rise until doubled in size
Preheat oven to 450F. Press fingers in to create divots, then add salt and any other desired toppings
Bake for 25 minutes
