Focaccia

A simple base focaccia recipe that you can spice up however you want. Make in the evening to have fresh focaccia for lunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams warm water
  • 3 grams active dry yeast
  • 15 grams olive oil
  • 7 grams table salt
  • 400 grams flour

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together, then let rest for 30 minutes
  • Stretch and fold x4, then let rest for 30 minutes
  • Coil fold x4, then let rest for 30 minutes
  • Coil fold x4, then let rest in fridge overnight
  • Transfer to a well-oiled pan, then let rise until doubled in size
  • Preheat oven to 450F. Press fingers in to create divots, then add salt and any other desired toppings
  • Bake for 25 minutes
